Core Exercises: Amputee 5K Training Program

Today we're focused on building your core strength. Core strength is fundamental to our movement as humans and especially to being able to run. Let's get into it! We're doing interval training—that means we're doing 2 rounds of each exercise with 40 seconds of exercise followed by 20 seconds of rest. Core Exercises: 1. Penguins 2. Crunches 3. Bicycles 4. Supermans 5. Bananas 6. Suitcase Carry Have fun with it! If you need a longer break, give yourself the time to catch your breath BUT keep pushing yourself! You got this!
