In February 2013, I broke my feet falling down stairs. The infection set in due to type I Diabetes and poor circulation.
I went to Dr. Dencklau at Port Huron Hospital. I went to another prosthetic company prior to coming to Bremer Prosthetics and the comparison is night and day.
The staff at Bremer truly cares. They take their time during each appointment to ensure the prosthetic fits well and is right for you and your activities.
I am thankful Scott’s nephew told me about Bremer Prosthetics, and that I finally made the switch. I could not be more satisfied with my services.
I feel important as a patient and a person not only at the facility but outside of it as well. I love and appreciate the time and thought they put into the process of getting me into a prosthetic that fits great and is what I need for my desired activities!
The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Each member of the team acknowledges you, remembers your name and makes you feel important. They are an amazing group of professionals. Their attention to detail and the needs of their patients is far beyond what I experienced at the previous prosthetic company.
Realizing the benefits that the prosthesis actually provides us, and how it allows us to live somewhat normal lives, is worth the work and effort.
I have a lot of goals for the future. I want to learn how to surf. I want to go back to work. There's a lot of things that I want to do that I'm going to do.
