Thomas
M. Bremer is the President of Bremer Prosthetic Design, Inc. of Flint,
Michigan and a certified prosthetist. Mr. Bremer has extensive experience
in the field of prosthetics. Since 1978, he has been involved in the development
of many state-of-the-art prosthetic designs. He received his training and
certificate from Northwestern University Medical School, Prosthetic-Orthotic
Center and is accredited through the American Board for Certification in
Orthotics and Prosthetics. Mr. Bremer is a member of the American Academy
of Orthotists and Prosthetists and is often asked to speak on the state
of prosthetics and future technology. He is currently a Board Member for
the Michigan Orthotic and Prosthetic Association. From 2002-2005, Mr. Bremer
volunteered to help amputees and to train Haitian students in the field
of prosthetics at the Healing Hands for Haiti Rehabilitation Clinic in Port-Au-Prince,
Haiti. His commitment to patients, their quality of life, and 30 years of
experience with many complex prosthetic cases has made Bremer Prosthetic
Design, Inc. the choice of experienced amputees and Rehabilitation Professionals
throughout mid-Michigan. |

Nathan
Kapa is completing his Prosthetics Residency after receiving his certificate
from the Prosthetics Program at Northwestern University Medical School,
Prosthetic-Orthotic Center in 2006. Nate holds a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Biomedical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and has
been working for Bremer Prosthetic Design, Inc. since 2003. Nate is a member
of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists. He is trained in
the latest technology in upper extremity prosthetic components from Otto
Bock. Nate plans to be American Board certified in prosthetics in the spring
of 2008 upon completion of his residency and research project. His knowledge
and skills provide patients with cutting-edge prosthetic options. |

Jared
Thane is the Lab Supervisor for Bremer Prosthetic Design, Inc. He graduated
from the Orthotics and Prosthetics Technician Program at Baker College in
2005. He is certified as a Registered Technician of Prosthetics from the
American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics. Jared felt
a calling to assist others and is dedicated to helping those in the amputee
community. |

Paris
Wilson has been creating prosthetic limbs since 1996. After starting
his co-op experience at age 14, Paris has over 10 years of knowledge with
the fabrication processes and does all aspects of upper and lower limb prosthetic
fabrication. His dedication and perseverance in the lab provides patients
with quality prostheses. |
